Will and Bailey met in a busy Missoula kitchen where they discovered their shared passion for cooking with local ingredients. In 2024 Will developed a fascination with pasta, Bailey bought him traditional pasta tools that Christmas and they decided to share their pasta with the Missoula community. While deciding on a name, Bailey jokingly suggested, “Will’s Noods” and it stuck!

.Now, their weekends are filled with delightful culinary adventures and plenty of laughter. They have their own little pasta rituals, like picking fresh basil from their garden, experimenting with new twists on classic recipes, and turning up the music—usually TopHouse or Disney—while they dance around the kitchen.

Outside the kitchen, Will and Bailey love exploring the stunning Montana wilderness with their Australian Shepherd, Merlin.

Every bag of pasta is hand shaped using traditional methods, little labors of love.
